I usually don't write reviews, but I felt this one was deserved. Had a great experience at Pal Auto Garage, thanks largely to Mr. Ali. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He patiently answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole process feel stress-free. What stood out most was how considerate and honest he was—something that's not always easy to find. It's clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Thank you, Mr. Ali, for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

The people at Pal Auto Garage are professional, organized, and made everything clear to me. Thank you to Nishil and a special thanks to Deva, who received and handed over my car. They were attentive, always responding to calls and WhatsApps, and were super friendly and nice. When I asked them to charge my Tesla, they happily did so, and they even washed the car for me. Deva, in particular, was extremely polite, helpful, always smiling, and had a wonderful attitude. I've posted Deva's picture here as a token of my appreciation.

Extremely happy. Pal Auto Garage Al Quoz removed a bunch of dents from my car's door and it looks like there was never even a scratch. No new parts, just fixed.
