Karavali Auto Workshop

have been with KARAVALI AUTO WORKSHOP for a little over a year now. They service both our cars. I have found them to be professional, courteous, transparent and fair. Their communication is top-notch, keeping me informed throughout. (We had a long list of issues with one of the cars). Thank you to Ramesh poojary and his team for the excellent service, which is extremely rare to find in this day and age. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with the customer service at Karavali Auto Workshop. They were friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I felt like they genuinely cared about my needs.

Clean and neat workshop, I tried them twice for my infiniti car, they diagnose the issue and tell you the options and offer good price. Hopefully they will keep the good job so I'll keep being a loyal costumer

Reliable service, far above average customer service, genuine parts....rare (extremely) to find such a workshop in Dubai! Am not using anyone else. I dont think one should hesitate before entrusting them with one's car (no matter high end or low end).

I have been a regular customer of Karavali. They suggest just the required work to be done and not unnecessary stuff. Very helpful team, especially Suraj who took great care of my car and gave me the timely update
