The directory

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but businesses change. Always confirm prices, hours and services with the business before you visit. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business, and we aren't responsible for their work.

Accounts

Keep your password safe and give accurate details. We may suspend accounts used for spam, fake reviews, impersonation or abuse.

Reviews

  • Only review businesses you have actually used. One review per business.
  • No abuse, personal details, discrimination, spam or content you don't have the right to share.
  • Businesses may not review themselves or their competitors, or offer rewards for reviews.
  • We check reviews before they appear and may remove ones that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you write, and allow us to display it on the site.

Business owners

  • You may claim a listing only if you own or are authorised to manage the business.
  • Information, photos and articles you add must be accurate and yours to use. You allow us to display them on the site and in search results.
  • We may edit or remove content that is misleading, off-topic or breaks these terms.

Paid plans and articles

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • One-off article fees cover our review and, if approved, publication. If we reject an article and you choose not to revise it, contact us for a refund.
  • Paid placements and articles are labelled Sponsored. Paying doesn't affect reviews, ratings or the Verified badge.
  • Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for the actions of businesses listed on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
