Max Garage

I had an excellent experience with Max Garage. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free from enquiry to completion of my car repair. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and completed the work on time. A special thanks to Mr. Jovel, my service advisor (kainaman eh!), for his outstanding customer service. He kept me informed throughout the repair process, explained everything clearly, and ensured all my concerns were addressed promptly. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend Max Garage to anyone looking for reliable vehicle service and repairs. Thank you to Mr. Jovel and the entire team for the excellent service. Keep up the great work!

Very professional and excellent service by Sanjaya and team. Use genuine parts and very transparent about sharing proof of purchase. Good place for high end brands. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent bodywork from the team at Max Garage. They repaired the cracked front bumper on my Pajero and the finish is flawless - you'd never know it had been damaged. A big thank you to Junaid for his excellent communication from the start, and to Sanjaya in the body shop for the high-quality workmanship. Highly recommended for anyone needing car body repairs.

By far, best experience I've ever had. The technicians are real experts, my car is hybrid and many other garages failed to inform of the real issue while Max garage identified the issue in less than one day, provided my with prompt updates and spare parts were left inside my car. Premium experience and definitely highly recommended. Thank you Pranay for supporting and delivering for your customers, you are amazing!

Had an excellent experience getting my Dodge serviced at this garage. The quality of work was top-notch and the car runs noticeably better after the service. What I appreciated most was the complete transparency on pricing — everything was clearly explained upfront with no hidden costs or surprise charges at the end. A special thanks to Pranay, who was outstanding to deal with throughout. He was open, honest, and patient with all my questions, never trying to push unnecessary work. Genuinely refreshing to find this level of service and trust. Highly recommend this garage !

Very professional work and excellent service level. The team always takes the time to explain the estimate clearly, distinguishing between necessary and optional repairs. I have been using Max Garage for the past two years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and customer experience. This was my first time servicing my car outside the agency, and they did a great job, with great value for money too. Pranay was helpful from start to finish, providing a detailed inspection report and answering all my questions thoroughly. He is responsive, takes the time to explain every issue, and offers clear solutions. I appreciate his efficiency and transparency, and would highly recommend them.

If you want a garage that treats your car and your wallet with respect, Max Garage Al Quoz is the benchmark. These guys genuinely fight not to let you spend unless something is actually needed. They assess first, explain clearly, and only recommend work that makes sense. That alone puts them in the top 1% of workshops in Dubai. What really stands out is the trust factor. I feel completely at ease knowing they're looking after my car so I can focus on everything else in life. No upselling, no drama, no mystery charges — just honest, competent work every single time. Pranay looks after me personally, but the ethos is consistent across every relationship manager there: transparent, ethical, and genuinely customer‑first. It's rare to find a garage where you walk in relaxed and walk out even more relaxed. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience at Max Garage thanks to Pranay. He was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done properly and on time. It's hard to find someone reliable these days, but Pranay definitely stands out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and good customer care.

Pranay was super helpful. After having my cars serviced at the agency, I comfortably switched to Modern Garage because he's so committed to quality customer service and car care you can trust
