Sree Auto Garage (BMW & MINI Repair Workshop)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Garage I Have Trusted for Almost 8 Years! This review comes straight from my heart. It’s been almost 8 years since I started bringing my BMW to this garage, and even today, I trust them with my car without a second thought. If you are a BMW owner or driver, this is one garage I would genuinely recommend. From the moment you walk in, the friendly reception team makes you feel welcome. Sanil, the manager, is someone who understands your car’s technical issues even over a phone call before you reach the garage. His assistant and the owner are equally supportive, and the owner’s gesture of offering a special discount makes you feel valued as a customer. A special mention to Anil, the Technical Supervisor. His approach to troubleshooting is something I truly appreciate. He takes the car for a test drive, carefully understands the symptoms, and identifies the actual problem before recommending any repairs. They don’t simply repair things for the sake of it or ask you to replace parts unnecessarily. The best way to describe their approach is that they treat your car like a doctor treats a patient. First, they understand the problem, diagnose the root cause, and then recommend the right treatment according to your budget. That combination of technical knowledge, honesty, and understanding of the customer is what makes this garage special to me. The supporting technicians and the entire team also deserve appreciation for their hard work and friendly attitude. After almost 8 years, this is not just a garage where I take my BMW; it’s a place where I have built trust and a relationship. In my experience, finding people who genuinely care about your car and your money is not easy. Thank you, Sanil, Anil, the owner, and the entire team for taking care of my BMW all these years. Keep up the great work! If you own a BMW and are looking for a garage that values honesty, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction, I wholeheartedly recommend them. This recommendation comes

I recently serviced my Mini Cooper at this garage and had a great experience. The team was knowledgeable, explained the issues clearly, and completed the service on time. Pricing was reasonable compared to other service centers, and the quality of work was impressive. Highly recommended for Mini owners.

Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. I recently replaced the front lower arms on my BMW here, and they used genuine BMW original parts. The price was much lower compared to other workshops I checked. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and the staff were helpful and transparent. Highly recommended for BMW owners looking for genuine parts and good service at a fair price.

I’ve been servicing my BMW at Sree Auto Garage. The team specializes exclusively in BMW vehicles, so you can trust that your car is in the hands of people who truly understand the brand. A special thanks to the owner, Sanal, for running such a professional and customer-focused garage. In his supervision , ensures everything is handled smoothly and keeps customers updated throughout the service. A big appreciation also goes to John, the mechanic who has been taking excellent care of my cars. His attention to detail and expertise give me complete confidence every time I leave my BMW with him. One of the biggest advantages is that they provide genuine BMW spare parts at wholesale prices with very reasonable labor charges, which is hard to find. The quality of workmanship, honesty, and transparency make them stand out. Overall, the customer service is outstanding, and I highly recommend Sree Auto Garage to any BMW owner looking for reliable, professional, and affordable service.
