Amazing service, cost and hospitality by the team. Comfortable waiting area and detailed explanation of the process.. I am 100% recommending and will certainly come back. Many thanks Mark for the warm welcome and support throughout!

The service workshop is very neat and professionally maintained and I felt happy and secure to bring my car here for the change. The pricing offered was very competitive and overall nice feeling. Mr. Hossam who I was talking to was very cordial and supportive.

Mark was very responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. He immediately checked and arranged to source the tires from another branch, which gave me the confidence to finalize my order with him. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and when I requested specific tire specifications, he understood exactly what I needed. Instead of trying to upsell or persuade me to buy a different model, he respected my requirements and helped me find the right one. The shop was also clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable waiting area. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I highly recommend Mark for his excellent customer service.
