Stop & Go Motor City

I recently took my car to Stop & Go Motoring for tyre service and wheel alignment, and I had a very positive experience. The workshop is clean, well-equipped, and fully air-conditioned, with a comfortable and cozy waiting area. The staff are friendly, experienced, and very easy to communicate with. The manager is always around and takes the time to explain any issues with your car and the available solutions. I especially appreciated that they provide multiple options instead of pushing you toward one particular solution. Overall, professional service, transparent communication, and a very customer-friendly team. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable workshop in Dubai.

After finding out that my Ford EcoSport has a wet timing belt and requires a very specific oil to prevent serious engine problems, I called several garages but couldn't get a clear answer about which oil my car actually needed. I then contacted Stop & Go, and Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely keen to help. She took the time to do lots of research, found the exact oil required for my car, and ordered it especially for me. The team completed the oil and filter change today quickly and efficiently. I cannot thank Michelle and the team enough! If you're looking for excellent, personalised service from a company that truly knows its stuff and genuinely cares about its customers, this is the place to go. Brilliant service—thank you again!

Had a wonderful experience recently at this garage, the people are very friendly. I had been to replace my tyres and Rithesh gave me a good deal. They also checked my car for any issues, luckily didn't have any. But thats a kinda experience people love, will visit again soon

Stop&Go were so very helpful. We arrived for a whole in the tyre. They took us in right away even though they were busy. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and nice. I will go there directly next time without doubt!

I had an excellent experience at Shop&Go Tires Garage! The service was prompt, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me choose the perfect set of tires for my car and even provided useful maintenance tips. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I felt confident driving away with my new tires. The prices were reasonable, and I appreciated their transparency throughout the process. I'll definitely be recommending Shop&Go to friends and family for their tire needs. Overall, a top-notch place that provides both quality products and exceptional customer service!
