Station One Autos

My FIRST visit to Station One Autos couldn't have gone any better. From the moment I walked in, Brian made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and I felt genuinely care for. His clear communication, and constant reassurance gave me complete confidence that my car was in the right hands. What really stood out was the atmosphere of the whole team. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about both the customer and the quality of their work. In Dubai, that level of honesty and customer service makes a huge difference and is NOT always easy to find. Most importantly, the mechanics and technicians clearly know what they're doing. The quality of the work , CLEANINLESS of the garage and the results speak for themselves. It's RARE for a garage to earn your trust on the first visit, but Station One Autos definitely did. What started as my first visit will almost certainly turn into my go-to garage from now on. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy, and genuinely customer-focused garage. GREAT JOB Brian and Station one Autos!

Very happy with the service I received for my VW ID.6. I had the entire AC system replaced, and the job was completed exactly within the timeframe they promised. I had checked with several other workshops beforehand, but their prices were much higher and the completion times were much longer. I’m glad I found this service centre. Special thanks to Quaid Muhammad for his professionalism, support, and keeping everything on track. Highly recommended!

I had major repairs done on my Mercedes G63, including work that required removing the transmission. I was worried at first because it is a high-end car and the repairs were important, but the team quickly made me feel confident. Before starting, they sent me a clear video showing all the problems with the car. This helped me understand exactly what needed to be repaired. They also kept me updated during the work and answered my questions. The service was extremely fast. They completed all the major repairs in only two days. The work was done very well, the car is running perfectly, and everything is working as it should. The team is professional, helpful and experienced. I highly recommend this garage, even for premium and high-performance cars. Very good service from Brian from start to finish. Very happy with their work 🙂

I had an excellent experience at this garage. The service was outstanding and truly worth every penny.

Finding a honest and reliable mechanic/service advisor is rare, so wherever Brian goes, I follow! I brought my car into this garage following his recent move, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The team here is friendly, professional, and accurate with their time estimates, while Brian delivered the same high-level, transparent service I’ve relied on for years. The garage itsef was clean and organised. The whole experience from drop-off to pickup was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Great service by the Station One team. They fixed my air-conditioning and replaced the transmission mount using genuine Ford parts. The work was completed quickly, with transparent quotes and videos to show the issues. The car was returned detailed and looks great. I will be servicing all my vehicles at Station One from now on.
