A big thank you to Mr. Sadiq Khan for the excellent service. My Renault Koleos has covered 200,000 km, and he took the time to explain the transmission oil change, check the oil's condition, and guide me through the process. He then carried out the oil change and tested the vehicle before handing it back to me.

Kevork was a pleasure to meet! Took my 2021 Mustang Mach 1 on a test drive, was able to diagnose the potential issue and offer a solution. Very knowledgeable and instilled confidence that I came to the right place!! Dexol is highly recommended in my book and I'll definitely be back when the next gearbox service is due!

Great service from Sadiq! He checked my car for a possible gearbox issue and was completely honest. He told me there was no need to replace expensive parts. He only recommended programming after the battery change. They charged just AED 210 for the inspection. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism! Highly recommended.

It is great to know and work with someone like Harout. He is incredibly committed to his work, has an excellent support system, and always follows up with his clients. Thank you very much for the support you provided in fixing my car. Even when I called just to discuss my car issue, you help me, which meant a lot to me. Keep up the good job!

If you want someone trustworthy who really knows how to get stuff done, with in-depth knowledge, Dexol Al Quoz is the place to go. The whole process is very transparent, customer relations are great, and they keep you updated the entire time on WhatsApp. My Toyota 86 had a strange knocking sound coming from the transmission area, and they found the issue instantly and gave me solid solutions right away.
