I had a great experience at Al futtaim service center. Ali Qassim was extremely helpful, 🙏professional, and kind throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer service is truly outstanding, and he made the entire visit stress-free. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get assistance from Ali!

I bought a car from Al Futtaim and had some issues with it. However, they repaired it free of charge after I had expressed my concerns. Although I had to follow up with them, they eventually resolved the issue, and now my car is in excellent condition. I must say that their services are outstanding compared to any other workshops out there.
